Pricing

Prices, published.

Every package has a price on it. No day rates, no “it depends”, no discovery call before we will tell you a number. We publish because almost nobody else in this market does. Your ATS vendor's AI tiers are quote-only. LinkedIn has no public rate card. Most of the comparison articles you will find when researching a tool were written by a competitor of that tool. Being the firm with a real price list is a deliberate position, not an oversight.

Size bands

Prices scale with your size.

The prices on this site are for an agency with 20–60 fee-earners, or 150–500 contractors on assignment for the Contractor Operations packages.

This reflects real delivery cost. More desks means more process variations, more people to train, more data and more stakeholders. It isn't charging more because we think you can afford it.

If you have fewer than about ten fee-earners, the build packages probably won't pay back for you. We'll say so on the call and point you at what to buy off the shelf instead. That's a genuine answer, not a negotiating position.

How the price list works

It adds up

Take any combination of packages and the price is the sum of the lines. No hidden dependencies, no surprise prerequisites, no “well, you will also need…”.

Take a whole group and pay 13–20% less

The discount exists because delivering a group together genuinely costs us less: one kickoff, one discovery pass, one data extract, one handover. It is not a volume incentive.

Prerequisites are stated on the package

Where a package needs something else first, it says so. If you do not have it, that thing is added as its own line at its own price. We never charge for the same work twice and we never spring a prerequisite on you after you have signed.

We do not discount beyond that

If the price does not fit the budget, we take something out of the scope and tell you what we removed. We will not quietly do less for the same money.

Payment.

Diagnostics and Advisory
Paid on booking
Builds under €18,000
50% to start, 50% on delivery
Builds over €18,000
40% to start, 40% at the midpoint, 20% after the 30-day review
Retainers
Monthly in advance, 12-month term, 3-month break clause
Travel
At cost, agreed in advance

That final 20% is tied to the post-launch review on purpose. If it is not working after thirty days, that is our problem to solve before we invoice for it.

Optional. On packages with a clean, measurable outcome (redeployment rate, timesheet approval delay, submission-to-interview conversion), we will convert 20% of the fee into a bonus payable only if the number moves. Ask us. We will not offer it on metrics we do not control, and we will tell you which ones those are.

What you own

Everything.

Everything. The workflows, the configuration, the prompts, the schemas, the documentation, the code. It runs in your cloud account, not ours. If you stop working with us tomorrow, it keeps running and someone else can pick it up from the documentation. We keep our own methods and templates: that is how we are able to do the third one faster than the first.

What we do not charge for

Nothing from vendors.

Vendor commissions. We take none, from anyone, ever. When we recommend a tool it is because we think it is the right tool, and when we recommend that you upgrade your existing ATS instead of hiring us to build something, we say that too.

We will tell you which of these is worth your money, and which is not.
