About

Small on purpose.

Strativor is a recruitment operations firm. You get the person who did the research, not an account manager and a delivery team you never meet.

We are new. Here is what that means.

We are new. We would rather tell you that than imply a client list we do not have. What we do have is a researched view of how recruitment agencies actually operate, which is why our first conversation will be about your desk economics rather than about AI. Our early engagements are priced accordingly, and we are happy to be judged on a diagnostic before you commit to anything larger.

We have around forty packages researched and costed. We sell nine of them, plus three bundles. The rest go on sale as each one has real deliveries behind it: a forty-item price list from a new firm is a wish list, not a service catalogue, and we would rather be short and straight about it.

What we do have

A computer-science background and a business one

Rare in this market, and exactly the combination the work needs. The problems here are half data engineering and half desk economics, and most firms are only equipped for one of them.

A researched view of the operating model

Not a general AI practice that discovered staffing last quarter. We started from how a recruitment desk actually makes money and worked backwards to where the technology belongs.

The advice is not for sale

No vendor relationships, no referral fees, no reseller margin. We take no commission from anyone, ever, which is why we can tell you to upgrade your existing ATS instead of hiring us.

Every package has a number on it before you speak to us. You can work out whether you can afford this without spending an hour on a call.

In one sentence

We make recruitment agencies measurably more productive by fixing the operational plumbing, meaning data, integrations and process, and putting AI only where it pays.

Most recruitment agencies have already bought AI. Very few are getting anything from it, and the reason is almost never the technology: it is that the database is full of duplicates, the systems do not talk to each other, and nobody measured whether any of it worked.

We are a recruitment operations firm. We fix that, we build the automation that actually pays back, and we prove it in your own numbers.

And when the answer is that you should not buy something, we will tell you that instead.

What we will not do

Some of what gets sold to recruitment agencies as AI is a bad idea, and some of it you already own.

We will not build you a CV parser.Your ATS almost certainly includes one already, at the bottom of its price list.
We will not build a matching engine.Companies have spent a decade on that. Yours would be worse, and your real problem is the data underneath it.
We will not build LinkedIn automation. It breaches their terms, and the account that gets restricted is yours, not ours.
We will not build anything that rejects a candidate automatically.Under GDPR that is the one thing that reliably creates legal exposure, and a human rubber-stamping it does not fix it.
We will tell you when you are too small for this.Under about ten recruiters the numbers do not work. We will say so, and point you at what to buy off the shelf instead.

Judge us on a diagnostic before you commit to anything larger.
